The 4th Day Workshop will give you the big picture about what is involved in putting on a DeColores weekend.  It is one of the steps that can help to qualify you to be a Rector or a Rectoress. 

To qualify to be a Rector or a Rectoress you must have:

1.  Been in the DeColores movement for at least 3 years.
2.  Worked on at least 3 weekends as an inside team member.
3.  Given at least 1 talk (Rollo) on a weekend.
4.  And EITHER worked as a coordinator, OR attended a 4th Day Workshop.

If you have not been asked to work as a coordinator or are physically unable to work as a coordinator, this workshop will fulfill that requirement.
